To request deletion of your account and all associated data, please contact our support team at [email protected] with the subject "Delete Account".

Please provide your registered email address in the message. We will process your request within 30 days.

What will be deleted?

When you request account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed:

Account Information: Your email address and authentication tokens
Library: All uploaded books and documents
Generated Audio: All audiobook files created from your content
Usage Data: Listening history, progress, and preferences

 ⏱️ Processing Time: Account deletion requests are typically processed within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.

You can also request account deletion directly from the Lyraboo app:

Open the Lyraboo app
Go to Profile → Settings
Scroll down and tap "Delete Account"
Confirm your decision
